On a quick visit to Fabricland, Salisbury I purchased 3 lengths of fabric. Two pieces of 1½ metres each snakeskin print jersey in Olive Green and Bright Tan for tops plus a length of BOLD Bright Blue and Turquoise print Polyester jersey to make a tunic.
For this latter I used the out of print McCalls # 6205.

This is a raglan sleeved tunic with gentle scooped neckline finished with a band. I have previously made this pattern for my sister and myself with the high/low hemline. This time I lengthened at the front to make it level with the back but retained a gentle curve to the hemline. I also made the smaller size as I find the XL a little too large for me. I had a fairly narrow piece of full width fabric left over and used this to make a small infinity scarf. The tunic fits well and is a great topper for skinny jeans and leggings.
